We just performed our first school event for the 2010 and 2011 school year at Bentley University. We provided our 14' video screen, club lighting and music videos all night long. It was a great way to welcome in the new students on campus.

New Logo – New Name
We have had increasing problems with a similarly named DJ company out of Enfield. The confusion is getting worse - people calling them thinking they are reaching us. Reviews posted on the internet for us but end up linked to the other company. The time has finally come to end the confusion.
Our new logo and name will better reflect the growth of our company over the past 25 years into a more all encompassing EVENT SERVICES title v. DJ. Our new name "Rob Alberti's Event Services" will allow our continued growth in such services as Photography, Photobooth Rental, Event Lighting, A/V Rental - which have become a bigger and bigger part of what we do each year.

Governor’s Academy Dance
We did some unique with our lighting truss at this event. We ran it across the entire room to set the lights ABOVE everyone on the dance floor. This was a technique that we picked up watching MY FAIR WEDDING and seeing some of the lighting that they do at weddings. I really liked how it looked. We're going to start offering this as an option for some of our larger school events in the future. There is about 25' of trussing overhead.
