Emily and Nate filled the ballroom at The Hotel Northampton with over 180 guests for their wedding last night. We had the opportunity to work with a great photographer last night that I have not seen in a while but have worked with many times in the past - Derek Fowles Photography. Jenna and Michael’s Wedding at The Webb Barn in Wethersfield, CT
Jenna & Michael survived Hurricane Earl at their Barn Wedding at The Webb Barn in Wethersfield, CT. The rain held off enough for their outdoor ceremony. There was an uninvited guest that tried to crash the wedding - a woodchuck! After dinner, they were treated to a beautiful rainbow. It was hot, but that did not stop people from dancing.

Kristine & Philip’s Wedding at The Log Cabin in Holyoke MA
Kristine & Philip had an amazing day for their wedding at The Log Cabin in Holyoke. Guest were outside for social hour and even a while after dinner as the weather was just spectacular.
We worked with Kathy Bunnell from Bunnell Photo and Nelson from Creative Video By Nelson that night.
With over 300 guests in attendance, this was a huge crowd. There were a mix of Portuguese and Greek in the audience so we played a diversified mix of music for all. We also provided the remote speakers outside for social hour and throughout the night. We setup our uplighting around the perimeter of the room, did a red color wash and projected their name in lights on the dance floor. We pin spot both the sweetheart table and their cake. And of course we provided Master of Ceremony services and a mix of music to set the party tone for the night.

Meghan & William’s Wedding at the Chatham Fairgrounds in Chatham NY
What a unique venue - this beautiful barn wedding was held right on the fairgrounds in Chatham NY. Cocktail hour was held in one of the livestock show rings (recently paved!). There was an old yellow antique pickup truck and William's fishing boat was used for the beer kegs. There were burlap table runners and burlap wraps around poles for the floral arrangements in the cocktail area.
Their photographer, Eric Limon was wonderful to work with. You should check out his work.

Kelli & James Wedding – The Westwood in Westfield, MA
Kelli & James had a beautiful reception at The Westwood in Westfield, MA. It was a smaller crowd of less than 100 guests. Our Acoustic Guitar player, Dave performed at the Ceremony in Stanley Park. We also provided some basic uplighting in the room as well as pinspot for the sweetheart table.

Sarah & Erica’s Wedding – Anthony’s Oceanview in New Haven
Sarah & Erica had chosen Anthony's Oceanview in New Haven because they wanted to be married on the beach. The weather was sketchy. It rained, then it stopped, then rained. We moved the ceremony inside, then at last minute back outside and they were able to have their beach ceremony in the end.
Although Anthony's has this gorgeous outdoor cocktail area, we did keep cocktails inside to avoid any rain issues. With about 50 guests, this party rocked. The dance floor was busy the entire time all the way up until we ended at midnight.
We provided ceremony music, microphones, music for the social hour and dinner and dancing.

Tina & Marco’s Wedding – Cascades in Hamden CT – Event Lighting
Tina & Marco had about 300 guests for their wedding at Cascades in Hamden CT. We did not provide DJ services, but were there just for our event lighting. We up-lit the room with our LED wash lighting. We also placed pinspots on the cake and gift tables.

Katy & Harry’s Wedding Waterview Monroe CT – custom video introduction
Katy & Harry had a gorgeous day for their outdoor wedding ceremony at the Waterview in Monroe, CT. Guests were treated to a custom video interview (Harry put together the video piece). They put together a special mashup for their first dance - Harry & Katy started the dance but had their bridal party join them for Apache line dance.
We provided the ceremony music and microphones, video screen and projector, event uplighting, club lighting and DJ/MC services.
