Q: What geographic areas do you
cover?
A: We typically cover the entire
MA/CT/RI state regions, although we play in neighboring states by request.

Q: How far in advance should we
book our DJ?
A: Our most requested DJ’s tend to
be booked for key dates at least a year in advance. Once you have your
event date, time and location picked out – you should be locking in your
entertainment.
Q: Can we come see you perform?
A: As most of our performances are
at private functions (dances, weddings, etc) as opposed to public events
(Bars, etc.) we cannot invite you to come “peek” in on us. The best thing
to do is to set up a time to meet/talk with your entertainer. You will get
a better feel for what we are like as opposed to looking in on someone
else’s event.
Q: Do you have backup equipment?
A: We carry a complete array of
backup equipment with us for all events.
Q: What time will you arrive to
set up for my event?
A: We typically arrive 1 hour
ahead of the contracted start time to allow for set up and preparation.
Q: Will you take requests?
A:Yes.
You can specify songs that you would like to hear as well as things that you
do not want to have played.You set the guidelines.We will work with you no matter what your musical tastes are.
Q: What type of equipment do you
use?
A: Each of our DJ’s uses nothing
but quality professional grade disc jockey equipment. Although each of us
has a slight different taste in equipment – rest assured, your event will be
a success and the proper equipment will be used for your size and style of
event. We will always have a wireless microphone for use during speeches or
announcements as necessary.
Q: We live far from your office –
do we have to come to Westfield to meet you?
A: No. We will set a convenient
time and location for your meeting with your After Hours Disc Jockey. We can
meet you at the banquet facility and do a walk through or meet at a central
location where we can sit and talk privately. If you’d prefer,
we can coordinate details over the phone or through email to make things

Q: How do I reserve a disc jockey for my
event?
A: Sign the agreement letter and return it with
the required deposit check. You should call or email to inform us the
agreement and payment are in the mail and After Hours will hold the date for you. You can also call in a
credit card deposit payment as well to lock in your date.

Q: When is the final balance due?
A: The day of your event. You can pay by
check, cash or credit card. If you are making your final payment via credit
card, please call the office directly a week before to arrange for the
credit card payment as we are not equipped to take charges while out of the
